1 Reset Fuse (Counterchip) for the Drum Unit (also referred to as Photoconductor Unit, Imaging Unit, Imaging Drum, Photoconductor & Drum).

Detailed step-by-step instructions.

How it works: When you replace the fuse (chip), the Drum counter will be reset to "0" and the Drum Unit can be run for another full cycle without any problem. In other words, your printer will recognize the Drum Unit as new. Result: If you are satisfied with the print quality before you do the reset and the Drum is not worn out, you will be able to continue printing as usual, without having to buy a new Drum.
