Come funziona: Le cartucce di avviamento che accompagnano la stampante con il suo acquisto di solito hanno una piccola o al massimo la metà della quantità di toner, se ci limitiamo a ricaricare queste cartucce la stampante non le vede piene ma continuerà a vederle vuote, perché mancano la parte specifica (leva) che ovviamente è presente nelle altre cassette commerciali. Posizionando la parte specifica possiamo riempirli e la stampante li vede come pieni.
L'accessorio è necessario solo nelle cartucce di avviamento(starter Cartridges), e nelle quali è assente. Se le tue cartucce sono comprati dopo (del commercio), ce l'hanno e non è necessario acquistarlo.
